Hey guys. :). I got the email from the professor also! But I was a little confused about the fundamentals of nursing book. Maybe I missed it but what's the isb for that?

Hi guys,

I finally turned all of my papers in this morning... Yayy!! Whewww!!! Ok so everyone know that I was switched to the afternoon class at Dale Mabry (1-4) and the only email our instructor (Ms C) sent us is welcoming us to nursing, and that we will get an email with information starting next week. If you guys have the syllabus or any pertinent information do you mind sharing it with us on here please? Or you can email me personally at at [email protected]. Thank you guys so much... Hey everyone...whew was my day stressful..went and did my physical today at Tampa Occupational Health...and FAILED!!!! My blood pressure was way high so she couldn't clear me...had to go get medical clearance from my PCP, PCP made me have an EKG, and it turns out I have a heart murmur..go figure. But alls well that ends well, she put me on some meds and gave me the medical clearance to override the physical, so I am all good. Boy did I almost have a major meltdown though!

So, as for study group, what days are good for you all, and where are you located. If 275 & Busch is a central location for everyone, I've got a great study group place, but definitely want to find the most central location that is easy for everyone to get to!

Woah! Lots of catching up for me to do on here. Here's hoping everyone got their stuff in today. I dropped my package off yesterday and bought the box of books and patch. I ended up having to get 2 shots in addition to the TB test. I'm thankful for my insurance, that's for sure.

I ordered my stethoscope this week too. Going to hopefully get some scrubs next week and wrap them up for myself for the holidays. Then it's shoes, the name badge, scissors, pen light, and watch. Am I forgetting anything?

I am in DM 1-4 and didn't receive any emails. Did everyone in that class get one? I know I'm on the second page of email addresses for the class, so maybe she forgot those people?

I'm sorry, I should've stated what class I was in. I just didn't want you guys to miss it. Wanted you all to have a chance to chose.

I'm in the DM Nights and weekends. The instructor sent out a welcome e-mail and asked what our clinical preferences are. She only gave our class until the 5th to return the e-mail with an answer.

a_pattee, we are in the same class, DM evening. Ladies, I will not be able to meet up for the study group b/c I have little kids at home and work. If possible, can someone share the notes or provide some hints/short cuts on what you find out to be useful and easy to remember. Thank you so much....

I bought the box and 2 patches for $509. That included the 10% off. I haven't really gone through the box to see what supplemental items we need.

Has anyone bought the name badges yet? Did you mail in the form?

Hi ddaners,

Could you tell me what books are in the box and their editions? I bought a few of the books and want to buy more but I want to make sure I get the right editions. Thanks :)
