i think you asked this question before. honey , i wish i could say there was an easy entrance RN school. but none that i have heard of. they have very strict critera and several hundred applying for a few spots, so they only take the top students. so they make it hard to get in. the BON requires RN schools to meet certain critera.
RN school is very competitve , why don't you stay at the school you have all the prereqs for? if you worked so hard to get in there , stay at that school.
have you thought of the LPN to RN route? don't give up your dream.
Thank You KizzyKat Love....not exactly what i asked before....um yes i am finish but the reviws ive gotten from current and past students at my school is they shoulda never started the nursing program ther..so thats y im afraid of breaking bread...

People on this board wouldn't be stressing out about getting in to nursing school if there were great and easy-to-get-in-to schools. Nursing school is competitive to get in to.
I don't think you should be so quick to dismiss classes as "unnecessary". Just because a course isn't directly applicable to nursing does not mean it won't be beneficial to you as a nurse. I graduated from Hunter College with a degree in English, and know that the critical thinking skills I learned in literature classes have helped me make connections, reason things out, and gain a strong understanding of concepts in my science and math prerequisite classes. I know I will use those skills in nursing school, and I know I will use them as a nurse.

People's lives are on the line...in my opinion, it SHOULD be difficult for that reason alone.
