I began the RN to MSN in education in November 2013 and would love to connect with anyone else in the education or leadership program. I am enjoying it, but miss having the peer interaction of a traditional classroom setting. My mentors have a l been great and I love that you can zip through things that you already know. I would like to hear about your experiences with this type of on-line format.
Best of luck to all who are furthering their education- It's not easy, but it will be worth it!

Can anyone tell the average length of time for RN - MSN? Thanks!!
I started my RN-MSN journey September 2012. I graduated with my BSN in July 2013. I will be done with my MSN September 2014. Hope that helps. FYI I got my BSN from from WGU too.
Lindsey how tough was it complete you Msn that fast. Was it a lot of time doing that? I am sending you a PM
You need to delete some messages. I tried sending you one and you exceed the number available to store. Please let me know when I can send you a message ?
I am finishing up my first semester now and working on the foist course in my next semester- Evidence based practice…and this seems like it's going to be an tough test! I am going to take the reassessment for it today…i'm afraid to bring it into this term, just incase i don't have time to finish it before the 15th.
Did you do the RN-MSn or BSN to MSN? ns how long did it take you?
congrats on being almost done- I can't wait!!
good luck to you, I think you will love it once you get it all figured out! Let me know if you have any questions
i think it totally depends on what you transfer in and how fast you get through your courses…I hear some people get it done really quickly. I am hoping it will take me 1.5 years…i'm just finishing up my first term

Did they award you your BSN degree once you completed that portion? I originally started in the BSN tract this January, and spoke with my mentor, and at the conclusion of this class I will be able to switch to the MSN. My mentor ensured me that I will get my degree when I finish that part. Did that happen for you?
Yep I sure did!!
