I graduated from a 30 unit Lvn to RN program back in 1994, with no Associate degree, now I would like to pursue my BSN online but would like to know if a.) can a 30 unit RN proceed to get BSN? b.) Which online BSN programs take 30 unit RN's?

I don't know what a 30 Unit RN is, but many programs will evaluate you life experiences and give college credit.

i think the 30 unit RN thing is in California if i am not mistaken? In any case your best bet is to get a copy of your transcripts and have them evaluated by a few local colleges to see what is needed. In general you will need:
Sociology, Descriptive statistics, Inferential statistics, a few different liberal arts requirements, (any classes that you may have to take to get the level of these classes as well), Psych 101, psych 211, Speech and communications etc... The other issue is whether or not you can do an online BSN from a university not based in CA if you don't have the ability to practice as an RN outside of CA. So get your transcripts together and call the institutions that you are interested in and see what you need to do, it may be as simple as you completing the Associate degree liberal arts requirements at a local community college and then you will be able to move forth. Good luck.
