Riverside School of Health Careers RN program

Hello everyone!

I am looking for current, past, and even prospective students for Riverside's RN program. I will be applying for the September 2013 professional nursing program. For current or past students, what was your GPA and teas score? Also how was the program, instructors, clinicals? I did attend the last open house in December and I was hoping that a student or recent grad would be there to talk about their experience. I love how the instructors seem to be really supportive and the small campus also appealed to me. To other prospective students what start date are you applying to and do you have any other nursing/healthcare experience? Any advice or other information on the program is greatly appreciated! :up:

They didn't have the clinical hours on there though

I have no clue! I figured we would find out at orientation. I have a girlfriend that I use to work with who finished the program about a year ago is now an ER Nurse. I figured I would ask her about the schedule if those questions aren't answered at orientation.

I know I found some sample schedules on MOODLE one day but I can't remember where they are located exactly

Yeah, I remember seeing some classes for RN fall 2013-14 on Moodle, but I think they were for distance learning. So, I am not sure guess we will find out more information during orientation!! I can't wait!

Ok I finally saw the sample schedule, I'm glad to see we won't be in school until 4:30 everyday. I know they said hours will vary from 6am-4:30 pm.

I think they will! I'm trying to figure out what time to leave my house on Thursday to make sure I get there on time since it will traffic time

Hmmm, I don't think you need to leave any earlier than 7. Please excuse me because I know you told me this before, how long does it take w/o traffic?
