Riverside School of Health Careers RN program

Published

Hello everyone!

I am looking for current, past, and even prospective students for Riverside's RN program. I will be applying for the September 2013 professional nursing program. For current or past students, what was your GPA and teas score? Also how was the program, instructors, clinicals? I did attend the last open house in December and I was hoping that a student or recent grad would be there to talk about their experience. I love how the instructors seem to be really supportive and the small campus also appealed to me. To other prospective students what start date are you applying to and do you have any other nursing/healthcare experience? Any advice or other information on the program is greatly appreciated!

Specializes in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC.

Yeah that's not true I had a horrible teas score but still got in ! Although, I did have a 4.0 gpa!

What did you score on your teas?

The first time I got a 54 the second I got a 69 point something! And I still got in!

I second that! 5 more days until orientation!!!!

Yes! I'm excited, a little nervous too. My dimensional analysis book came in yesterday and I'm already reading through it. I know, I know I'm such a nerd on a Saturday night. :-)

I would totally do the same thing if I had any of my books! Haha. I can't wait!

Does anyone know what the class schedule is going to be like for Level 1? And I am excited to can't wait for orientation!!!

I looked through my books as well! Can't wait to get started!!

I have no clue! I figured we would find out at orientation. I have a girlfriend that I use to work with who finished the program about a year ago is now an ER Nurse. I figured I would ask her about the schedule if those questions aren't answered at orientation.

I know I found some sample schedules on MOODLE one day but I can't remember where they are located exactly

I'm about to search through MOODLE and see if I can find them
