Hello,
I am curious as to if anyone else has applied or is applying at Riverside School of Health in Newport News VA for the 2012 LPN program? If so, have you been accepted yet? If anyone has already completed or currently attended Riverside's LPN program, I would love to hear any feedback/comments in regards to the program.
Thanks,
Heather

Hello and welcome to the site! I applied and am just doing the waiting game now. What did you score on your TEAS exam? I am hoping and praying to get accepted. I am doing the same route as you. LPN to RN and then for myself, end goal as a Nurse Practitioner. Hopefully we will get the chance to meet in class along with everyone else that has been replying in this posting
Do not do Medical Careers Institute!!!! It is way over charged and a lot of places will not hire graduates from MCI!!! There students do clinicals at my job and they all hate it and wish they didn't start that program. There LPN is like 15 months. I know there RN program is almost 50k if not more now. Look into maybe Thomas Nelson, I believe they have a program and New horizons does too but I know you have to have the whole tuition up front for them.
