Hello I wanted to start a thread for RCC Nursing Spring 2015!!!!! Anyone that will be applying to the program for spring 2015 lets get together to chat and support each other through this process!!!!! Good Luck everyone!!! Hope to see u guys in class next spring!!!:)

Thank you so much for sharing. The points this time around must have been very high.

I was trying to erase what I wrote about intake day, but you already quoted me and I couldn't. Please go back and read what I wrote about intake day and alternates. I was confusing intake day with the 1st day of class. I would expect the school to inform alternates of an open position well into February. So go to intake day on Dec 19th!!!

Queen my sister in law got in as an alternate.

I also got in!!!!!!

How do they chose the alternates?

I had all A's in my science and a 3.5 in my general ed, but I bombed the TEAS Test. Congrats to you :)

Alternate too. 80 points. Here we go again...

This is your second time applying? You were an alternate before?

I had 80 points. All my GE done and I am also have two associates.

Where are the ones that have been posting. Did you guys get in? Vannessa, JaClark,Mindy, and jowaybaybay??

I wasn't an alternative, however, we had plenty of people who got in as an alternative. So your chances of getting in are pretty high as an alternative. For those of you who really have 80 points and are an alternative, I would call and have your points recalculated. Usually, 80 points should get you in for sure.

That depends on the cutoff. We had an applicant with almost a perfect score of 100 points. So maybe the cutoff was 85 this time around.

Omg I've been trying to post and I had all my login info at work and I couldn't comment!! Yes I got in with 80 points!! I had 4.0 in my sciences. 3.8 General. I just got my CNA in August and I have a language. I think my teas were like 69 ( not good). I can't believe there are people who had 80 points and didn't get in. I think you guys should call them and make sure they calculated your points accurately. I've read all the previous threads and everyone with 80 got in. It must have been more competitive this time. Queen I'm praying you get in as a alternate. All you alternates still have a shot!!
