Hey RN2B951:
Just saw your message and I'm applying for the Spring 2015 class. Just finished all my prereqs and have taken the TEAS. Already verified points with the Academic Advisor for the Nursing Program and everything looks good for acceptance into the program. At this point, I'm just waiting for the application to come out and trying to make enough money to pay all the fees and afford all the books.

Hi, where did you take your TEAS early?

Loma Linda offers them a couple times a month.
I took the TEAS with RCC! It was free. I did hear that Loma Linda offers the Teas.
Good luck I hope you get into the program. September is just around the corner!!! I will be on maternity leave when all the fees come due so I just planned ahead and tucked away some money for the background check, books and etc!
I paid to take the TEAS through ATI at a location in Riverside. My understanding of taking the TEAS through RCC is that they invite top students to take the test a month or two after you apply to the program.

Hello everyone I will be applying for the Spring application period. I've already taken the TEASE and I'm done with all my pre reqs. I'm at 80 points. I applied a year ago and was invited to take the TEASE at RCC, but I didn't score as high as I wanted so my points suffered. I have a 4.0 in my science classes that's why I got invited to take the TEASE, but I know people who got invited with all B's. I took the last year to bring up my points. I got my CNA license and brought my general gpa up a little. I'm hoping I have enough points to get in this time around. Good luck to everyone!!
Good luck getting in the program Mindy!!! Sounds like u have good chance!
RN2B951 Thank you! Good luck to you as well. How long ago did you test with RCC? Are you resending your TEAS transcripts to the school? ATI wants to charge $25 to send them to RCC. I'm hoping they still have them on file.
I took it may 2013 with rcc. I have never had resubmit my scores.

Hey guys my name is Joe and I too am applying for RCC Nursing Spring 2015. Does the application only become available during Sep 1st to Oct 1st? And if so I believe it is done online, but as far as sending my transcripts, am I suppose to fax those or get them scanned so I can attach them to my application? This is my first time applying to the program so any clarification or advice would be greatly appreciated.
