Just submitted my application for fall 2014 at RCC!! Waiting on receipt confirmation!

I submitted my application just yesterday and received the confirmation email. Best of luck to you! (:

Best of luck to you as well!! :) Did you do well on your science classes? I hear that those grades are most important!! :)

Oh really? I have two A's and a B for my science classes. What about you? Have you taken the Teas test? I have never taken the test before so I'm pretty nervous about it. I'm hoping that I get invited to take it but worried that I dont do to well on my first try. I know that RCC will take the first passing score if we take it with them!

Hi Ladies!

I also submitted my application for Fall 2014! I met with the RCC nursing advisor back in December and she had to submit my physio class to the science dept to see if it was equivalent. I took it at Cal State Fullerton so I dont think it will be an issue. She still encouraged me to apply so I did. I have taken my TEAS already. I would highly recommend getting the study manual, got it on amazon for a good price. It really helped me get an idea of how the test questions would be worded and see what areas I needed to focus on more. Studied for about 3 weeks before the exam and I got a 86% first time.

Good luck to you both!

Hi everyone! I just turned my application in yesterday afternoon and am still waiting on a receipt! I'm a little nervous about all my classes transferring in because I did all my sciences at CBU...

I have previously taken the TEAs and I got a 85.3 adjusted score... The reading and math sections are easy, science is a little more intense but as long as you did well on your pre Reqs it shouldn't be too bad

Good luck ladies! I have checked out books at my local library and i plan on going to study with the book that they have at rcc's library. You both seem to have done pretty good on the teas congrats! I sure hope i can get a high score as well.

Good luck to everyone! Seeing that you're starting to study now GloriaVanessaLara I'm sure you will do great!

Turned in mine again. Boy I tell you, their process is something else. I'll leave it at that.

ThanksAinsV! Bigota1014 is this your second time applying? Best of luck!

Bigota2014 - Don't be discouraged! I know how you feel, I applied to CSU Long Beach twice and that was a no go. It is so competitive to get into these programs! Hopefully this time around will be your chance though! I made sure to apply to a lot more schools this time so I have a greater chance of being accepted somewhere for this summer or fall. I feel like I already wasted too much time, doh! Well good luck!
