Just submitted my application for fall 2014 at RCC!! Waiting on receipt confirmation!

I got an A in all my sciences and one B on my general ed. I have the language and special circumstances that was on the application which is extra 5 points each so I'm going in with 55 points! I hope to get at least a 90 on the teas so i can have a total of 90 points!! i bought the book at rcc bookstore to start studying soon! I'm nervous! I cant believe we have to wait until may or June to find out if we make it in the program!! :woot: lol

I looked back at previous feeds for spring 2014 and it seems a lot of mistakes and miscalculated points occurred! Yikes, makes me more nervous! :(

The book was 68$ ! Pretty expensive but its worth it in my opinion! I'm also going to get another study manual from amazon.com. Its the Mgraw hill 5 practice tests for the teas! I'm doing everything in my power to ace the teas!!:bookworm: From your profile picture you look familiar..i wonder if we had a class together lol !:)

The application filing period for fall 2014 is over!!! I don't know why, but that makes me nervous and excited !!! :nailbiting:

Hi Ladies!

I also submitted my application for Fall 2014! I met with the RCC nursing advisor back in December and she had to submit my physio class to the science dept to see if it was equivalent. I took it at Cal State Fullerton so I dont think it will be an issue. She still encouraged me to apply so I did. I have taken my TEAS already. I would highly recommend getting the study manual, got it on amazon for a good price. It really helped me get an idea of how the test questions would be worded and see what areas I needed to focus on more. Studied for about 3 weeks before the exam and I got a 86% first time.

Good luck to you both!

Wow nice job on the TEAS ;) !!! Good luck to you as well !!

YES! I agree its exciting and nerve wrecking that the application period is over…now the waiting game begins.
