I got an alternate spot and am trying to start the immunization portion, but I am at a loss for what to do. I asked my doc for titers on MMR and Hep B just to start. Has anyone who received the acceptance or alternate letters and signed up for complio yet? I have to look for immunization records, but I am 30 and havent seen them since I graduated HS in 2007!! I am crossing my fingers that my mom still has them.

Get the titers done. I did that and had the complio forms filled out and they were sufficient when I uploaded my results with the forms. I'm in my 30s and couldn't find my immunizations either.

I tried to sign up but I'm hesitant to complete it because I don't want to pay for anything yet until I for sure know it's okay to. I think you need to have proof of two MMR shots or titers showing you're immune to measles, mumps, AND rubella. And I think you also need a titer showing immunity to hep B, or at least start your hep B series ASAP because that takes a few weeks to months to have done from what I remember.

I am in the same boat! I dont want to pay if I dont have to, but we should know on intake day. I asked my doctor for a referral to do the titers and he said he needs to know which ones because there were several. The only one that I saw on the email was for Hep 2 and MMR. so i asked for those specifically. If they come back negative, I will get those shots. But I am just worried about the rest that I dont know about, especiallly the ones that take a while to complete.

Exactly! So I’m going to wait to pay for background check after we get more details. I believe we need polio and varicella, too. I got my polio vaccines when I was a baby so you might have to see if you can find your records. If you end up needing any vaccines, don’t forget to check out the health center at school. My insurance wouldn’t cover some of my vaccines and it ended up being cheaper to go to the school than my primary doctor. You can check the vaccine list if you go to complio and look at the details for the immunization package.
