I regret dropping the class because now I want to take it again! Ugh! I hate myself.
Anyway, I still have all my notes and information. I pretty much completed up to the mid-term then decided I couldn't do bio + math and stay sane.
So anyway, my question is... is the bio 156 mid-term/final the same for all teachers? Like if I picked a different teacher, would the coursework & tests be similar?
With my teacher for the mid-term we had to study 6 or so ADL questions every week and answer in an essay.
I'd like to get a head start if I take it again and make sure I don't fail the midterm.
Do you mean to study the quizzes we take for grades? Or the quizzes at the end of each chapter?

I think she means both, I got a study guide from my professor for each lesson covered and it covers everything that should be on the exam, at least that is what she is saying.
Let me know if you have this guide and if you dont I will share a copy with you, I am sure this will not be a problem you can just look at the study guide and make sure you have covered all these items

How is everybody doing with studying for the midterm, :yeah:half way through
I came across a study tool that has seem to help me tremendously for a quick review of the key concepts I know it is sought of late in the game, but it really takes out all the not needed information and give you a clear prespective cut in dry. It only cost me 9 bucks
Cliffs Quick Review Biology may want to give it a try it was worth every dime for me.
I am now reading through it first as I get new assignments and then I go to my book and go do the work.
I have not taken the exam yet, I will take it fri or sat, I need all the time I can get to study lol. I am doing ok, I have had 2 kids sick for almost a week, fevers of 103.5, so I am trying to cram in studying bewteen sick kids. Right now I am working on essays that I fell behind on, I am a little worried about the test because it is worth so much of the grade. How are you doing? Sounds like your doing great!!

Dont let the enthusiam fool ya lol I am taking it as it comes, I live in GA so I had to get a proctor and last second the school ran out of staff so I had to run around and get that taken care of. The study book has helped allot:bow:
Good Luck to everyone going to take the midterm today!! I am headed out here in a few hours. I have studied for hours everyday this week so I guess I have either got this stuff or I don't, we'll see.
I did not do as well as I would have liked, I ran out of time during the last essay. I guess I should be happy that I did ok, now that I know what to expect I think I will do better on the final. Really I should be happy with how I did, I had a terrible week this week, my hard drive crashed and I lost everything so I have been at my moms house all day studying with two sick kids. I am enjoying a diet coke and vodka tonight, I think I earned it!! How did everyone else do?
I dropped! I didn't want to say anything this week and give you all a bad idea like I had. So much going on, moving, job change, etc., and I just didn't feel like I was prepared for the midterm essay, even though I had a solid A on the assignments. I'm not thrilled with online learning for science, so I will take the course live in the classroom. I am taking Psych 240 with Rio, and finding it to be a VERY easy course - 45 mins work max per week, getting a 96% well past midterm.
