I just mailed my application today... Thanks, good luck to you and everyone, too. I hope we get in! ☺️ Until we hear back from Rio I'll keep busy with my Microbiology class.

Hello,

I'm also mailing my application. Good luck to us all!

Hi!

I remember your SN from last year's post for the LVN program... I hope we get in! ?

I thought I recognized your SN as well! After the fiasco last year let’s hope they’re more professional this year and we get in. I’m at a disadvantage this year. I’ll be mailing my application tomorrow ? I’ve been so so busy I kept putting it off.

Yes, I think I did enough crying that one day LOL! ... now, I'm just like well I'll be done with my Micro this semester so, I'll most likely look into private schools if I don't get in this year. You made the postmark in time! I had mailed my application yesterday. I made the mistake of assuming we were able to email in our applications like last year, so good thing I had double checked.

who else is just going to a private lvn school if they don't get in, literally I'm ready to start the admissions process at a private school immediately in late October LOL, I'm not ganna wait who knows how many months more to get in somewhere

I spoke to American Career College and North West, today. I just wanted to see how their process was like, so far I like American Career College better even though it will be a long drive for me...

I mean just think about it, if you went to private school last year after you didn't get in, you would have already been an lvn right now as we speak! I'm interested in Angelos college, since its 8k cheaper than acc, When I talked to an ACC representative lady she said something like "most students pay 250 a month while in the program" (I guess cuz of the loans), I was turned off by that for some reason. But if you decide to go to ACC, I know two lvns that graduated from there and they are employed and happy, so go for it...

I'm planning on waiting it out and applying to the El Monte adult school whenever they decide to open up their applications. I already have a job that I quite enjoy so I have some time to wait it out a little while. Their program is only about $4,500. The only catch is that you have to pay it up front and in total. To be honest this will be the 6th  time that l apply to a nursing program so I'm getting a little discouraged. I might just forget the whole thing and go for My master's degree.
