so if you try to register for the class and lookup the class which for LVN’s it’s the basic fundamentals of nursing 061 and 061L it says the semester date 1/29-5/26. if you look at your calendar 1/29 is a Saturday but the lecture day is on a Wednesday so yeah February 2nd would be the first day of class, I know it’s so confusing and the lab days depends on what location you go to but none of us are able to register yet. IDK if you wanna exchange emails in case you have more questions

the uniforms were confusing like I ordered it already but we have to go pick them up? And like they didn’t even give an estimate of when they would be ready

that is tough yeah it’s hard for the alternates that’s why some people didn’t accept because at Rio those of us in the program we had to pay for castle branch which is where they do the background and drug test and it cost $112 and if you’re an alternate you still have to pay for that and it’s ridiculous because you’re not sure if you’ll get in. so for the drug test im sure you’ll be fine if you have a prescription like I’m sure they’ll ask that and maybe for proof. I think the drug test you fail if they find drugs and you don’t have a prescription for certain ones at least. And I think it’s just the one drug test but im not sure

I think some people didn’t show up to the meeting and a few people that were alternates might have not accepted

so you just register for the class like you would any other class so now they don’t offer it because it’s like by semester. I took it in early September it was just a one day class but it was free I just had to pay for the AHA book. but you can take the class anywhere really and its usually not free but it’s like around $45+

haha I met the requirements I mean I don’t have any related work experience and my GPA is a solid 3.0 but I know they don’t pick based on stats it’s just random

So I asked the nursing counselor and she said that there is no confirmation process so im still just confused?

I sent it on the 14th and I know they got it because the tracking number said it was delivered but I never got an email
