Doing questions and rationales is still studying. What I would suggest is concentrate on doing Questions and Rationales and then if you find a subject where you are doing poorly answering questions then review that area

How can you do questions and study the rationales without studying? Certainly you don't think the information goes into your head by osmosis? No doubt about it, passing the NCLEX involves work.

this is my story lol. first time i tried for the NCLEX i did it wit kaplan, just answering and answering all the online question banks and reviewing the rationales until i finished all the questions. i failed with 265 items. so for the 2nd take i decided to try something different i finished the kaplan book from front to back then answered questions until a day before i tested. failed with 265 items again the 2nd time. so i started thinking what else i could do since i tried both ways. what i did the 3rd time was i read saunder comprehensive book from front to back ( A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN KAPLAN BOOK ) then after i answered around 150-200 of the NCLEX 4000 questions everyday. happy to say i passed the nclex the 3rd time. good luck!
thank you so much everyone!
