I just completed my first semester of nursing school and want to apply for a nurse tech position at some of my local hospitals. The only prior experience required for the job is to have completed a fundamentals of nursing class with a clinical rotation (which i did). However I have never written a resume before and I have no idea what to write in it. I've never had a job before so I have nothing to put for that section. I found examples of entry level nursing assistants resumes online and was wondering if I could copy those and put in my info also.
For example: "OBJECTIVES: Dedicated, service-focused professional seeking to transition into healthcare as a nursing assistant.Highly motivated to launch nursing career; future goals include education leading to NA certification and, ultimately, an RN license.
Reliable worker with the ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly."
this is from one of the examples I found and that info applies to me too except for the NA certification. Could I just use that? Like i guess I'm saying I have no idea what to even write about. Advice would be greatly appreciated!
