many of those words don't need to be capitalized. too many for me to list right now but examples are "glucose" and "speaking, reading, writing".

A resume should be able to be skimmed in 3 - 5 seconds. Your skills and certifications seem to be more important than your non-medical work history and some volunteer work. Flaunt your ACLS/BLS and bilingual abilities with your health care training, front and center. Some of the computer training that you obtained for your previous job wouldn't necessarily be as notable for an RN position, and could possibly be trimmed out of your resume.

If you have lots of space, list each clinical. Otherwise I would just say how many hours and what you did. I agree with the previous poster about emphasizing on your skills and certificates.
