So like most I could no longer resist the wonderful PVT. I got up enough courage and went for it. What do you know, my test results are on hold. This is absolute torture. The only thing I can think is me writing a bible verse on the whiteboard PRIOR to tutorial. Anyone had this experience??

Why would you write before the tutorial when the instructions are clear. Don't write on the board until the tutorial is over. Looks like you have a longer wait.

People have their tests placed on Hold status for a variety of reasons; some reasons have nothing to do with them, some have EVERYTHING to do with them. You, it seems, did something that may well have flagged your test for a review. Your results will not be released until it is determined you did not cheat (or any other reason that your exam was placed on Hold for).
A palm scan that took two or more tries before 'taking' is cause for a hold. So is a power surge/failure at the test site, or someone ELSE at the site doing something stupid.
All you can do now is wait for official results; if your State participates in Quick Results, pay for them when your hold is lifted. When will that be? Typically holds last for 24-48 hours; I've seen three or more days in unusual circumstances.
If you do the PVT again and it lets you pay, all you know is that you donated money to Pearson Vue. You may have failed....you may have passed. Would strongly advise you to sit on your hands at this point and wait it out.
