requirements for Capitol Medical Center

i passed my requirements at capitol medical center last december 2, 2008. after i give them my requirements, the personnel said that they will call me... well of course it depends on their institution's requirements. and foremost we don't know what exactly their necessities to choose for their future employees. as of now, i'm still waiting and hoping actually. the personnel will not articulate that if they're not open for hiring.

by the way, their most important requirement, make sure that when you pass, you must be an IV therapist. if not, then your chances to be contact is only 0%.

For a brief background, capitol Medical Center is a 300 bed capacity hospital located in quezon city. it employs functional nursing. here are requirements:

2. diploma
3.TOR
4. Board Certificate
5. Board Rating
6. RLE
7. PRC card
8. Professional Tax Receipt
9. SSS
10. TIN
11. NBI
12. Police clearance
13. NBI clearance
14. R. Certificate

16. Comprehensive Resume

backread and use the search botton, they will accept you application but don't expect them to call you there's just too many applicant the chances are very slim good luck.
