Hey! I took the exam and passed it as well. I went to the Personnel office and all they said was that The next step is to submit asap another set of the requirements. They gave me a list. And that they will inform once the basic skills training will begin. We have t register and pay 3k for it. Do you know if they hire everyone who undergoes training? Thanks

Hi, is it true that they'd prefer a Nursing graduate from a University rather than from a just a college school?

Yes,.the HRD will ask if you've graduated from a unversity or a college cos they prefer those in the university..

How do I apply in CMC? Are they still open? Please help me :tku:

Hey guys! Did anyone else take the technical and Psychological exam last Saturday, Feb 26, 2011? Can anyone share how the training goes and how soon will they hire after the training? Thanks.

I also passed the exam last year and was scheduled for training last sept 2010, but I wasn't able to attend the training because I was presently employed to another hospital. The training will last for 1 month which will include theoretical and clinical exposures.

thanks urmischeRN for the info. i both graduated from a university and a college school but unfortunately, i had my 2nd degree - nursing from a college.

Tron22, I can't send a private message yet. But the requirements they asked me to submit are almost the same requirements we submitted to them prior to the exam we had.

3k for the 1 month training. They instructd me to submit the requirements asap and they'll inform us when to register for the training. I'll submit my requirements 2m. :)

hi! i am not sure if they are strict in implementing that atleast-78%-passing-rate requirement..but if you're a capitol graduate, i think 76% is allowed :))

hi there! the training is one month (2wks lecture, 2wks clinical exposure). im surprised its 3k now, its only 2.5k during my batch. anyway, hiring depends on their demand..it took our batch 4months after the 1st set (ranked 1-10, i guess) were called.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Yes, the people at personnel told me that it is 3k now. What are the factors or criteria they use for the ranking? Are you hired now? Thank you so much! Right now, we're just advised to call Capitol for our schedule for the training.

They will get the average of your technical and psychological exam plus your final exam, which is given on the last day of training, and your performance. Then, they will call you for an interview (personnel and nursing service) based on your ranking. Yes, i'm hired now :) regarding the schedule, the personnel told me that there is no definite date yet..just follow-up, anyway if you have passed the the exam already there's no need to worry.. Goodluck! :)
