Remington college of nursing summer absn program 2015

Hello! Just trying to get connected with anyone who has or will be applying to the summer 2015 Accelerated BSN program at Remington College in Lake Mary. I just sent out my application yesterday! Anyone else on here who has applied heard anything yet? :)

I wish I had know I could apply early needing one class! I was taking microbiology this past semester but was told I couldn't t apply until I had all prerequisites completed!

I am anxious to find out because I am moving from North Carolina and need to find a place to live and a roommate!

I think orientation is on the 9th and 10th of July we should be getting letters soon regarding orientation. Is anyone going to start a Facebook page for the July cohort?

I would love to make a Facebook group. Anyone who's interested just send me your fb name and I'll make a group and add you to it! Or if anyone knows an easier way to make one, let me know!

Hi ashlee0921! Thanks so much for the response. I went to Florida this past weekend, and I agree with you, Lake Mary is super nice & clean! I found my apartment in Lake Mary, it seems that they're all being rented and most place won't have anything until August (at least for the least expensive ones). Anyway, see you next month!

So, I'm trying to make the fb page, and it won't let me unless I add someone (that i'm friends with) to the group to begin with! They sent out the orientation info yesterday which included a forum on there. If anyone is interested in the Facebook page, maybe just mention it on there and I will try to add you that way!

Hey there everyone! I have also applied (I applied June 1st- not for early decision) for the Summer 2015 cohort and am anxiously awaiting a decision. Mrs. Nash said she would be in touch to set up a phone interview soon. Has anyone had their interview or had an offer? I'm so nervous!!

hi everyone, I have also been accepted into the absn program that is set to start in July. I have actually just moved down to fl from NYC. I managed tour the campus and talk with Melissa Nash and Amy croeze (sp.?). both are very sweet ladies and are more than willing to help. I have settled down in lake mary just about 5 min driving distance from school. I have looked everywhere for apartments from Orlando to altamonte springs to longwood and sanford. if anyone has any questions feel free to ask me here or via PM. apartmenthunters.com is an amazing website to get started on looking for a place. it is FREE of charge to you and a real estate agent that is familiar with the area will line up listings according to what you ask them for and will actually accompany you to those listings. that is how I found my apartment (aside from doing extensive research on my own as well). looking forward to meeting everyone July 9th and 10th!
