Nope! Still waiting. I've been looking into alternatives.

yea i am still waiting too brooklynborn. i have been trying to look into some other options, but at this point it's a little late i think. are you in fl? my gpa and teas score weren't bad, so i have no idea, but who knows with things like this! my gpa is a 3.2 and my teas score was 89%. i am looking into a couple of things too, but not finding a ton of options!

hello alanas09,

this is the website of the school. http://www.metro.inter.edu/admisiones/index.htm

if you have any further questions, i will be more than happy to help you...

just heard from Remington that they are still working on admissions letters and most likely will have all the letters out by mid to late December.... Merry Christmas...

That doesn't give us much time to prepare if we get in! About a month to figure everything out! I am having issues with them with transcripts. I am currently finishing my masters degree and I will graduate in a couple of weeks, but they keep saying that I can't be officially accepted or anything until my transcripts reflect that I have no more in progress classes. None of the classes are pre req classes. They are graduate classes in education, so I can't understand how they could hold anything up or why they even needed the transcripts in the first place. I am a tad bit frustrated by it all. I tried to call my school and see if they could send transcripts that did not show any in progress classes, but they said they couldn't, so I have no idea!

i'm also in the florida area, i've been gathering information from two year nursing programs. my undergraduate gpa was not so good but i have a's in all my science courses and i scored an 80% on the teas. i'm praying that is good enough to get accepted.

it's not too late to apply to other schools for early next year, some have march starting dates.

Really? Do you mind sharing which schools have March starting dates? I am like you and my undergrad GPA wasn't fantastic. I think it's around a 3.2 with other classes I have taken at other schools to finish the pre req classes. I got an 89 on the TEAS test, but I'm afraid my GPA is too low to be competitive for the ABSN. I've been looking into the 2 year programs as well. I applied to Florida Hosptial College and am still waiting to hear on that as well, but I couldn't really find anything else I could apply to that started before May 2011. The sooner the better! I just want to get started so I can get closer to getting finished!

I applied to Keiser University and they still have openings for their January Class. However, you must have all their paper work completed by the end of next week.

Keiser in Orlando?? I called and talked with someone there sometime back and they said the classes for Jan 2011 were full for the Orlando campus. They also were trying to tell me some nonsense about registration fees and something else that was going to be over $100. I can't remember exactly what the fees were for, but I hung up on the lady because she was so incredibly rude!

its $200 actually!!im in the same boat as everybody else here!we only have until this friday for keiser application?
