hi everyone! I'm creating a post since I haven't seen anything as of yet for the summer 2015 applicants for remington college. I have submitted my application for early decision and the application has just been processed. I was contacted by Melissa and told that interviews will be conducted beginning next week! I'm excited and nervous at the same time. has anyone else submitted their application? or plans on submitting it? look forward to hearing from other applicants and perspective students! =]

Hey guys guess what......

I got accepted!!!!!! So happy and can't wait to meet you guys! Marina is everything going good with the HRSA application? I ran into a little issue attempting to enter and provide the correct end and start dates when it was asking for the length. Did you have this issue? Congrats again everyone! I think we are entering the program at a perfect time.

What do you mean it will be ECPI University soon?
What I mean to ask is, if it will be ECPI University, would it carry the CCNE accreditation as well? And since it would be ECPI now, do you know if tuition changes because I'm sure ECPI have their own rates?

mary I'm sooo happy and exited for you! I got accepted into a very competitive and prestigious New York school; however since I've already taken my spot in remington I have decided to go full speed ahead with my move! I should be in Florida the first week of June and I'm super excited to be starting school in July!! as for the scholarship application, I have submitted it and just tweaked the end date. I put the start date in July and the end date I believe in June. regardless the funding is going to be for a year so I don't think you should worry too much about the minute details. just make sure to email Melissa so she can provide you with the letter of good standing and acceptance that they require and you should be set to go. I actually found the application process to be quite tedious at times. like when they ask you for a recommendation letter from a professor--I just submitted a professional one since I have been out of school for some time and don't think any of my science professors would remember a student out of a class of 150. I have my fingers crossed and hope this scholarship goes through for us!

hi, you should really touch base with the office staff or Melissa to express your interest in the program and show the advisors that you are committed to remington.

Thank you for your reply. I did already I actually visited the campus and met Melissa about 7 months ago and I have been in contact with her since then. I am just so nervous and worried.

that's terrible. I know exactly what that feels like. I have been wait listed on a New York school since November even though I've given in all my information early and have great grades and recommendation letters, and didn't get a response until late last week. I do know that in remington they do interviews in batches. usually those students who live out of state get decisions earlier so that they can plan their move and make living arrangements as needed. do you live in fl? if so you may hear back later than if you live out of state. I do know that you should get a reply by mid June because you applied for early decision. keeping my fingers crossed for you!
