Not to be a pain, but I do remember a few that I did miss, and only having 75 q's, is that a sign I failed? I don't think I've been more upset over anything like this ever! I've sailed through nursing school, thought both HESI's weren't bad at all and here I am. Wouldn't it be just my luck I blow the single most important test since starting this whole venture?? What the heck is wrong with me?? All that money, all that anticipation/anxiety, and it's come to this. Yeah, sure I don't know yet, but like I said, the degree of difficulty for the q's didn't seem there. I've been getting the inquiry calls too. I didn't even want to talk to anyone yesterday I was so upset. My stomach is in knotts. If my name doesn't have "active" this afternoon, I'll freak!

Remember that the NCLEX is set up so that both passers and failers get ~50% right and 50% wrong.
A great link that covers most of the details of NCLEX exam scoring:

Don't worry! Everyone walks out of the test room feeling as if they failed....On my NCLEX, I absolutely felt that I didn't know any of the answers. All the questions I had were PEDS, which I hated. BUT I did fine. CHILL OUT!!
Missing q's isn't what's worrying me. I don't think the difficulty was there which makes me think I may have been answering q's in the failing range.
Level of difficulty is pretty tricky. It depends on the results of the pretesting of those questions - and also on which of your questions were scored and which were unscored. Too many unknowns there to make any predictions.
thank you eric your helping me to, i just felt the questions were getting harder and harder and i would get 3 check all that apply in a row then a pharm question (drug i never heard of) and then a few easy ones , then the test would give me another slect all that apply... then 3 priorizing.. what a nightmare... i have one more day to wait ... i pray we all hear good news soon..
