Re-entering professional ranks

Hello.Im a RN looking to re-enter the professional ranks after a 14 year run at the sub-acute level (Developmental Services). It5 has become painfully clear that recruiters opt for a new grad rather than a 20 year veteran nurse. I desperately need a job.

I would try to find a refresher course, and then try agency.....even try agency without the refresher
