I just took it this week. (Remember, each test will be different.) I personally had tons of med questions, therapeutic communication, O.B, & and other general questions. I had two fill in the blank med calculations, 2 check all that apply and no pict questions. As I was taking the test, they were asking questions I had never heard of the disease or particular type of surgery. When I got to about question 80...I told myself, if this thing shuts off at 85, I passed, and it did!:pumpiron: I walked away smiling & gleaming, although I second guessed my self all the way home. Got home and talked myself into the possibility I must have failed because all my classmates said it was extremely difficult for them. Also, my quick results didn't show up after 9am like my classmates told me it would, I took it as I failed or they would have posted. It showed up finally at 1101
The night before the test I did the review questions at the back of the Saunders Comp Review for the NCLEX-PN, one question in particular was very similar to one on the actual test, that I wouldn't have known the answer (fire drill safety) If i hadn't did that review the night before.
also....I prayed before my test, ( it helped me relax,) and used earplugs!
