RCC Nursing Spring 2023 (ADN)

Published

Hello everyone,

If you are submitting an application July-August for RCC’s CEP or traditional ADN Spring 2023 & you have questions please feel free to ask away. Let’s help each other get through this application process & eventually through the entire program(:

Hello, as I noticed, the application for the next semester which is Fall 2023 will be opened from Oct-Nov. Since I'm quite worried that my chance is low to get accepted for the Spring semester, can I just appy for the fall? Has anyone done it? (I believe I have around 74 points for this round, and I think it's quite low ?)

That’s great ? amazing job, you’ll secure a spot for Spring no doubt ??

You can definitely apply for fall(: there are no rules about applying to the fall semester while you wait to hear if you get accepted to the Spring semester.

Hello everyone, I'm applying with 76 points overall. What do you think are my chances of getting into the program?

I think you have a great chance!

How many points are y’ll applying with if you don’t mind me asking?

For Spring I think I only have 73 points ?

I'm late to this, but I was invited to take the TEAS 7. I will be using my TEAS 6 score and see what happens. Though, I opened my email TEAS invitation late to email them I will use TEAS 6 scores instead. I mean it shouldn't affect me right? I send my TEAS 6 scores around July before the TEAS deadline month. What are my chances with 81 points getting into the program?

I would say 80 points & higher your definitely guaranteed a spot. Don’t even sweat it(:

Hello, I applied to CEP and ADN pathways

Due to technical issues with rcc TEAS, I did way better on the retake. I actually got a letter back saying I was selected as an ALTERNATE for CEP/BSN CSUSB. What does alternate mean? I don’t know if I have a secured spot in any pathway.

I applied with 81 points, got an 87% on my TEAS. Got my acceptance email for the CEP program today! ??

Hi! I got accepted as an alternate too with 74pts. It's not a guaranteed acceptance I think ?May I ask how many points you applied with?
