Hello! I thought I'd start this thread for anyone who is applying for the RN program at Riverside City College for Fall 2019! Let's all chat! :)

I just got an email saying i was denied to the teas ? anyone else? wondering if thats a bad sign..

Not at all! I have a friend who is in the nursing program at RCC right now. She didn’t get invited to take the TEAs, either. It doesn’t mean you won’t get into the program.

Don’t be discouraged! Just like getting invited doesn’t guarantee acceptance to the program, not being invited doesn’t mean you won’t get in. Just study hard! At the end of the day, your score on the exam is more important than being invited :)

So i was invited to test what happens after you pass the test?

After passing the TEAS, we will be notified of acceptance or denial in early March

How is everyone’s studying coming along? I’m having so much trouble with the math section ? I’ve always been so horrible at it, specifically word problems. Any suggestions?

Has anyone gotten a reply after accepting the invite and choosing a date to test?

The testing times have been changed Feb 13th @ 8am and Feb 14th @ 1pm check your emails !!

I'll be there on the 14th! Anyone else? I've been watching the Mometrix TEAS review on YouTube and have found it helpful so far. I like switching to videos when I need a break from the book.

I will be there on the 14th as well!

ill Be there on the 14th as well i bought the practice test from ATI and got an 84% overall hopefully the real test is just the same ?

That’s a great score, especially since the actual test is supposed to be easier than the practice tests. I bought the practice tests too, but haven’t taken them yet. For some reason I’m nervous about those, too ?
