Hey guys!
Has anyone heard back from RCC to start Fall 2017 yet? I keep checking my e-mail every day in hopes I get in. It is my first time applying and overall I have 71 points. Does anyone know how many students they take each semester?
Thanks,
Somer

Results are in! I definitely didn't do as well as I thought but here's hoping... How'd you all do on the TEAS?

I got an 87.3 on the teas. That leaves me with a total of 80 points. I hope that's enough to get in the program.

Do you know which rubric we should use to calculate the points we have? I know someone linked a power-point for fall 2017, is that the one you used?
Yes, I used the one on the link. That's the one being used for this application period.

How does RCC's nursing choose which classes to calculate for the student's ADN General Ed. if the student has taken multiple classes in some sections? It says one course from each section, so would they consider the class with the highest grade?
When you fill out your application you chose the one with the highest grade. I am a little confused on this as well because I think I have a 4.0 but only if they allow my pick of all the classes. If they look at every class in those sections then I will end up with 8pts instead of 10. However I am fairly certain it's whatever you placed on the application. As long as it's verifiable through your transcripts of course í ½í±í ¼í¿»í ½í¸€ good luck!!
I wanted to ask a couple questions... how do we prove our immunizations do you know?? Do I just need a print out from my doctor? I have a request in for this and got a TDAP booster but I was thinking getting a tiger test might be easier?? Is this something RCC helps with? Thanks!!

If you don't mind me asking, how many points are you applying with?
You have to get titers done to prove immunity. Some you need your records which you can get them from your doctor or district you went to for k-12
