Rady Children's New Grad Program Fall 2023

Hey y'all!

Just wanted to start a thread for those of us applying to Radys this fall. I applied for ED, PICU and NICU!

I interviewed last Wednesday and I did! did u receive a survey as well? I hoping that its a super good sign

Yeah, usually is. Let me know if you hear back. The wait is killing me. They will most likely hire 4 new grads.

The wait is killing me as well. they told me 3 new grads for the ED. When was your interview?

It was also last Wednesday. I'm not sure if that's the only day they interviewed. I reached out to the recruiter and they said they haven't gotten any updates.

I interviewed that Thursday. Not sure how many people they interviewed. They told me they had 2 spots on Thursday. Assuming they already had a pick by then.
