Rady Children's New Grad Program Fall 2023

Hey y'all!

Just wanted to start a thread for those of us applying to Radys this fall. I applied for ED, PICU and NICU!

Yes! One of my referrals told me that. She also said that satellite campuses are doing more transition to practice programs to the NICU but you have to have 1 year of nursing experience. It's the little bits of hope!

Medical has interviewed and given offers already. I heard that many managers are swamped with joint commission prep so calls may roll out later this week

CTICU is in review now. They interviewed the past three days or so. Hopefully, offers will go out soon - tomorrow or next week!

Early last week. I believe PICU and CVICU are giving offers this week with a hard deadline of offers given by mid next week.

 

I know this week is a stressful one as we're all awaiting important career information - hang in there! Take walks, drink water, etc etc etc. It feels a lot like when I was waiting for my NCLEX score ?

Has anyone heard back from CTICU yet! Fingers crossed - praying for everyone!

The units are still on a rolling status. So they offer interviews and offers groups at a time. Also every unit has different needs. I know many units have a lot of RN's retiring or going out on maternity leave. There is still hope because they are wanting huge cohorts. Don't lose hope y'all we got this!

Not yet. when did you interview? Also did you receive the skills survey after the interview?
