Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for those applying to the Rady Children's Hospital New Grad RN Spring 2026 Cohort!

Not sure how they've worked in the past but now that they merged with CHOC IDK if they will implement the same process as CHOC does. But CHOC they do group interviews first and then I think individual,  they also do like a Simulation + med math test so it's an all day thing like from 8-5. But again Radys could be doing it differently

Has anyone heard about the Emergency Care Center or NICU?

Also, they're already sending rejection emails?! I have not received any sort of email update nor has my status on my application changed. Also what unit is CTICU that a lot of peeps are talking about?

CTICU is cardiothoracic ICU, I believe they were the only department who had reached out so far.

Mine still says submitted even though I got a rejection email.
