Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for those applying to the Rady Children's Hospital New Grad RN Spring 2026 Cohort!

Still waiting to hear back. I am so nervous! This is literally my dream hospital.

any updates? I still have not received any application updates 😞 I tried calling the recruiter but no reply.

I am trying to get some sort of understanding on what the timeline is and when we are supposed to get notified about interviews or any other sort of selection update. Does anyone know?

From what was shown during the info session it looks like 6-8 weeks post closed application date. So most likely as early as this week some units might start calling and some as late as first week of December. They also said interviews will start sometime in mid/late December. Hopefully we all hear something soon!

The wait is the hardest part. A friend of mine who is a surgical tech at Rady's told me that they will reach out by phone. Usually an 858 area code so keep phone close! I'm just hoping we hear something soon with the holidays coming so soon!

I just got an email around 3PM today to schedule an interview for the CTICU!

I also got an email for CTICU! Does anyone know if interviews are only done in person or if virtual is an option?
