Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for those applying to the Rady Children's Hospital New Grad RN Spring 2026 Cohort!

oh no I forgot to attach my reference since there wasnt a specific place. is there a way I can submit it without withdrawing my application 😓

I forgot to attach mine too🥹im hoping it's okay since it did say technically that references were optional ? fingers crossed

are you talking about the letter of rec? in the spot where you put your cover letter, there was a drop down option for letter of recommendation.

I applied yesterday!! Fingers crossed I get an interview!

Hi! I interviewed for CHOC in the beginning of Summer, it was a long process that included a panel interview, skills portion, and a written test. I know they're under Rady's so I was wondering if the interview set up was similar for you?

The process for Rady wasn't that complicated. I just had a panel interview for about 45 minutes and got a form regarding my references sent out after that I needed to fill out.

sorry but what are the references we have to attach? I feel like im missing something bc I literally don't see anything mentioning references and its stressing me out

Hi, it says on the website to include a letter of recommendation. I included it in the same area where we attached our resume. There was a drop down box to submit it.

is anyone submitting more than one letter of rec? (the FAQ says we are welcome to submit more than one)

I tried to add another but it said I could only add 1 attachment under the recommendation drop down

The form was for my references. But this was something I had to do after my interview with them last cohort. It's not important for the application itself!
