Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for those applying to the Rady Children's Hospital New Grad RN Spring 2026 Cohort!

The application opens tomorrow (10/6)! Good luck to everyone 🙂

When I interviewed the first time they said the next step would be the reference survey but I didn't make it to that step. They call everyone who interviews regardless of an offer.

So they call everyone after the reference surveys? Is it a good sign then if they mention the reference survey in the interview? 😰

Regarding these reference/skills survey requests, has anyone gotten one?

This time around they didn't mention the reference survey. Maybe it's different for me the second time around.

I think it is a good sign because your moving forward in the process they use to potentially hire.

Has anyone heard back from CAPS or Hem/Onc yet?

I reached out to HR for those who have not heard anything back at all: rejection email or interview call. They said that if you have not heard back it is because your application is still under manager review and that every unit paces their interviews differently.

Please 😭😭😭 so there's still a small chance then?! I'm seriously praying for all of us in this situation that we hear back soon hopefully for the better bc the wait is killing me! I had seriously lost all hope after seeing ppl getting called/emails for the 2 units I preference for.

I'm sorry to hear that:( Can I ask, when did they let you know? Did they send you an email or did they call you?
