Can anyone tell me if a huge sheet of paper from Australia, that says degree in Nursiing Science, is an actual document to say that a nurse has completed a 4 year nursing degree program equivalent to our Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in Canada???
Thanks, any clarification would be appreciated.

A huge sheet of paper is only worth the value of the paper. If there is documentation from an Australian school of nursing, then I guess the sheet of paper would signify a degree.
Is that your question? It's a little hard to tell what you're asking.

The only people that can make that determination is the college of RN's for the province you plan on applying to. They will assess all relevant documentation like transcripts and make a determination based on this information

Your post is rather odd. A "huge piece of paper" is generally a testamur that shows a degree was conferred. The actual transcripts of courses would be required for the Canadian authorities to assess equivalency.
