"I don't know who to vote for?"

Published

:stone The "Bush" commercial says that Kerry is against things that would help our military heroes. The "Kerry" commercial says that Kerry has a purple heart and wants to help our military heroes. Which candidate do you think will help our military men and women the most? Thank you.

Didn't Dubbya start out opposing the homeland defence department? Looks like a flip flop to me.

Not to my knowledge, Bush never opposed Homeland Security, in fact Bush announced Tom Ridge as the Head of that department after 9/11. We had "no" Homeland Security department before 9/11 even though we were attacked several times by Al qaeda and Al qaeda continued to threaten the US.

Pres. Bush has always stood firm on his conviction to hunt down terrorists, something that angered many Americans. You may recall that Pres Bush was criticized as being a cowboy and arrogant in his approach to terrorists. Many people were upset when terror suspects were captured and held for questioning.

mkue,

How can you say FINALLY if you read the date, 27 February? How can you say that Kerry "sings with a different choir every day" if you look at Junior's flip-flops, especially his flip-flop on Homeland Security?

:rotfl:

I do read the NYT occasionally but I am aware that their opinion articles are suited to fit their agenda and are not considered to be factual. IMO.

Prior to February, Kerry did criticize President Bush for speaking about Terrorism. Kerry has finally realized that some Americans are concerned about Terrorism, President Bush has always known this.

:o Oh dear. Now I really don't know who to vote for as president. Are there any military heroes out there who can tell me who they are voting for? I appreciate all the messages sent but I get confused easily. Thanks

My advice to you would be to not listen to any advice on here. Go form your own opinions by researching!!! Go to each candidates website and read and then go to the websites AGAINST each candidate and read some more. Decide what issues are important to you (and don't just focus on ONE) and make an informed decision by what you find. Good luck!
