For me, the difficult part of being a nurse is seeing your patients everyday struggling in their hard times.

Here is your starting point. Define struggling. Define hard times. Describe why it's difficult for you.

Moved to Nursing Student Assistance forum.
Keep on topic please
Post your draft if you still need help. I'm not sure your instructor would appreciate quotes from a nursing message board in your body but it may help. Start with your thoughts above and many here are very good proof readers.
The best way to start when you have a block is to just free write your thoughts...anything that comes to mind that may or may not be one topic and edit from there.

No one is going to do your homework for you but we will help. If you post your paper & show us where you are stuck we will be glad to help.

You have the basis for your essay right here. Write about how it makes you feel, how you cope with it and lastly, what you do (or would not do) for your patients.

Exstinctor....."fellow nurses"...."for me the difficult part of being a nurse".....
Are you a nurse now, who is continuing education? or are you NOT yet a nurse, but are guessing what you think the difficult parts might be (but not really know)?
....and POOF the OP is gone.

If you're already a nurse, I'm confused as to why you have homework. If you're already a nurse looking to increase your level of education, this is something you'd already know, no?
