hi fellow nurses. i applied in qmmc in project 4, qc for the nurse trainee position. i was scheduled for the exam on april 13, 2010. i just want to ask you guys who have taken the exams before in qmmc on what i should be reviewing? do you have any tips on what i should read or review?! please, any help/tips would be appreciated. thanks and God bless you all.

I have good news and bad news.... I visit QMMC this morning and this what i gather...........

Goodnews --- The office of the accreditation in QMMC are still accepting applicants for the position of Nurse Trainee

Bad News --- The office of the Personel are looking for nurse I and Nurse II ( cut off will be till september 06 2010 only )

Hey! I went there on Sept. 7 because Accreditation office is entertaining applicants only on Tuesday & Friday. Didn't check out the office of the Personnel. I was there on Sept. 3 too but I didn't bother looking for such office, if it did exist. What are the requirements for Nurse I and II? Any of you who applied?

nurses who have undergone the PNTP training of at AT LEAST A YEAR (plus of course TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION the "PADRINO" or BACKER of that nurse) have the highest chance of getting the job vacancies. all my senior nurses when i was training there all came form the program (Professional Nurses Training Program of QMMC). it's only logical for the QMMC to hire someone who came from their saddle of nurses so that the hired nurse will be used to the policies and practices inside the hospital. hence, the nurses' adjustments are minimal and the institution saves time from training the newly hired nurse

i am so happy...the training officer and the assistant chief nurse recognized me as one of their former PNTP in Pedia Ward...they told me that I no longer need to take the exam...and they assigned me in a special area...in PICU starting October 4...yahoo! the long wait is over... :)

Guys are there any other hospitals accepting applicants for NTP.. Im very much willing to pay. Please help me....thanks^^

i took d exam on sept 21 as well, did the hospital call you already for orientation?

i took the exam in qmmc last september 21.. did anybody knows the date of releasing the result i hope i can make it.... it's very difficult
