i go to qmmc last friday and they accept my application.. my exam is on sept 21...

anybody there who undergo the exam of qmmc pls share about your experience and the exam itself thanks in advance....

@nursechoi... next date of examination is on september 21, 2010... i don't know if they are still accepting applications at this time.. still have 3 weeks before the said date. better visit the QMMc cause mostly they are not entertaining calls. They would just tell you they are close already in accepting applications so rather visit them and bring your requirements with you. hope you could beat the date. Good Luck!

I must add this! There have been several changes. I went there last Friday, saw that I have lacking requirements. :crying2: So to all who are interested, you have to bring the following:

1. A copy of your BLS certificate & ID (I wasn't able to bring mine. If you forgot even just one of your requirements, the lady won't accept your credentials even if you plead you came from some province. I tried it. :crying2: )

2. A copy of your IVT license/ID & certificate

3. Php100 payment for the exam.

The only time/sked they will entertain you is on Tuesday and Friday 1-3PM only.

In relation to my "visit" there last September 3, the lady was kind enough to give me an application form that I could fill out. I will go back there today. :) I think all exams will be on September 21. Just wondering where they might hold that? There may be hundreds of us who went there and done the same thing! Whew!

Hoorah to you! Good thing you were able to make it. :nurse: That's what I'm worried about as well, if there's too many of us who'll be taking the exam. I passed the June 2009 board exam and I worked at a call center for 7 months, now I'm working as a full-time writer. Except for attending an IVT training, nursing in me fell asleep. I feel like I lost every little knowledge I have about our field. Boohoo :down:

To my Fellow Nurses,

I have good news and bad news.... I visit QMMC this morning and this what i gather...........

Goodnews --- The office of the accreditation in QMMC are still accepting applicants for the position of Nurse Trainee

Bad News --- The office of the Personel are looking for nurse I and Nurse II ( cut off will be till september 06 2010 only )

So to other nurses who have updates
