Hi all- here to read, applying for 2016 admissions. Quick question- is the evaluator form on the application a letter of recommendation? Or are two LOR's necessary in addition to the evaluator form? And can the same person write your LOR and fill out evaluator form? Thanks!

The evaluator form is the letter of recommendation, so just print out two copies and have each person fill one out there's a section where they can write about you and attach extra papers if there is not enough space :)

I have a kid -- would be a year old when I started in 2016 fall -- he would be 2 i. The summer -- how crazy is it really? Do you get to pick shifts for clinicals etc.? Weekends etct

Hi everyone from the 2015 cohort!

I was recently accepted for the fall 2016 cohort, I was wondering now that it has been a year since you were all going through the application process how you are feeling about the program at QU? I am coming from California and am deciding between a couple of schools on the East Coast and before moving across the country I want to make sure I am picking the best program for me. What are your honest thoughts on it?
