76 Questions

Published

Hi everyone- Took the New NCLEX April 2, 2010. I had 76 Questions. And I feel like I did good on it...Im thinking that is a bad sign. Any thoughts? I took it last year and had 265 and failed.

hi YBLisa! how was ur exam? were there really a lot of audio questions? how much has it changed? although I have never really taken it before. It will be my first time to take the exam on the 14th. Am also very nervous. I just wanna know if our preparation is enough for the higher passing standard now...?-this makes me nervous. any last minute tips? thanks.

I had no audio or diagram questions, there were plenty of infection control and "which pt would you see first" questions. i'll definitely let you know if i passed, check back with me on the 13th. but in the mean time keep doing questions, that's all i can tell you, best of luck.

Hey pinkpaperdoll,

i hope the studying is going well, i just wanted to pop in and wish you the best of luck. i just found out that i passed and im uber excited and can't sleep, even after the loongest weekend of my life! it was nervewracking to wait for the results. But i tried the pearson vue trick that everyone has been talking about, and it worked for me. it did not let me register for another exam, and i kept checking every hour, on the hour for the past 45 hours or so, but today the quick results finally came in. anyway, i divulge, im sorry im just very excited. and from the bottom of my heart i wish you the best of luck. have fait in your knowlede, stay calm, and until the day of teh exam, keep doing questions!

Best of luck!

i'll be having mine on the 15th...im so nervous as well..:(

the standard is not any higher, as far as i understand the % of the kind of questions from the different categories has changed. i definitely didn't study anyting extra. i was supposed to take the exam b4 it changed, but took it in April instead. and i studied the same. honestly, i did the Kaplan question trainers, i forced myself to sit through 200+ questions per day for about a week and a half. and then just review the rationalles each day. o and know your Lab values, and infection control measures.

Hi everyone, just wanted to post that I passed =)
