265 questions????

Did anyone else pass after all of the above? I have been hearing a lot about friends of friends but if there is anyone out there that actually had to answer the 265 questions with the last one being wrong I would love to know if you passed or failed.

Well, if you've been reading the forum threads on this, you already know that many people passed after going through exactly what you did.

Getting the last one wrong means nothing: you could get no MORE than 265 questions and the last one alone does not decide anything.

There's a thread here devoted to those who got 265 questions, just like you. People have posted their results....take a look through that if you like, but you should know that you still have a good chance of passing!

Huh. Guess the states like playing symantics games! GNs who work in NY are also under a permit allowing them to do so, but they're just called GNs. I remember reading here somewhere there's also an RNA: RN Applicant. Still, regardless of what any one state calls its newbies , one does not work AS an RN until one IS an RN :)

Hi. Debating about what the heck I am right now does not help me at all with my original post. I am working as an RN-IP and I am still stressed out about losing that position. It does not help me to say things like "one does not work AS an RN until one IS an RN" followed by the passive aggresive " :)"

Is there anyone who can help me with my original post? I got 265 questions on the NCLEX. Thanks.

Unfortunately, simply knowing the number of questions you had and whether you got your last question right/wrong doesn't tell us much about your result.

I failed w/265 questions but don't worry you probably passed. After 265 questions, I can't remember the last question. Wishing you good luck....keep us posted

Hey, relax. Sorry you took offense at the inquiry, certainly wasn't my intention. Clearly you are VERY stressed right now, so I'll leave it at that.

For what it's worth, I DID answer your question, to the best of my ability. Sorry you didn't like that, either. Any further demands I guess I can't help with, and neither can anyone else, as (like Eric said) there's NO WAY of knowing whether you passed or failed until you get notice of the results. There is no more "help" to be had there.

I do hope it works out in your favor; I know the stress of waiting is HORRIBLE. Obviously, I'm a survivor of it myself. :) (and that's not a passive-aggressive smile, it's the only one I can offer you online!)
