Does that mean that only Makati residents are being encouraged to apply since they more have the edge in being accepted in Ospital ng Makati? I'm a resident outside of Makati and I wanted to apply there =/

I went to City Hall of Makati yesterday and the one whom I spoke with told me to call the one who handled all the applications..

Take note I submitted my application last August 2010..and until now still on hold..

if you applied around that time then your file must be missing just like mine since the one handling applications during that time did not renew her contract with makati h.r. and by the way according to the hr personnel they have a backlog with the applications. theyre just about to check the 2009 resumes. submitting an application now would mean it would be read 2 years from now.

many of us who just recently passed the final interview submitted their application before presidential electio 2010 and some did just around september and october 2010..... in a month they were able to sign the PDS and some of us already started last january 10. tsk tsk tsk... they hired 30 RN and were only 16 in our batch who passed the final interview, how come we're not included to the 30 nurses????!!!!! wellah, "its not what you know, it is who you know"

---Just try submitting your requirements. I think OsMak accepts non-Makati resident applicants.

I hope not, my school mates applied around that time and some of them are still waiting for a call to get to the next screening phase...and if submitting an application now would mean 2 more years of wait time before getting my turn at OsMak, that would mean an extended stay in the call center for me.

no, i only have BLS and IVT plus my desired special area, lots of OR seminars, workshop and trainings...... but the minimum req is IVT and BLS... ACLS would be an advantage

congratulations to the 12 RNs who successfully surpass their Final Interview at Personal Selection Board and Medical Director of Ospital ng Makati today.

The sad news is, even us who underwent that stage last year were not yet called for our first day high..... tsk tsk tsk......

Wow planning to take mine at Concordia... but what good would it give me if I couldn't even get to start as an entry level nurse...guess I'd take the nurse-educator's path then... Good luck hehe.
