  1. april 6: i140 approved. April 17: case sent to dos. May 7: invoice date.
  2. Just want to ask again why dis NVC sent immigrant visa fee invoice? Sent may 7.... But my priority date is no longer current for May. Will NVC process my application?
  3. That's unfair.... Guides forms nvc based on what I read is they will process it as long as the i140 is approved the time they receive the case from uscis. But I really don't know the technicalities about it. Thanks for the answere. A week is very short for me until the 28th. But I already gave all necessary docs to my lawyer. So, can you give detailed steps regarding my case once my PD becomes current again? Please
  4. My I-140 application was approved last April 6, 2015 and my priority date is sept 10,2014. The current status of my case upon checking on uscis website is "my case was sent to department of state." I am so much worried that the priority date for May 2015 is July 2007. Will I be affected by retrogressed priority date? Thanks
  5. Hi my PD is sept 10,2014 my i140 was received by texas processing team last March 30. Do you know how fast or how long does it takes for approval?
  6. I am philippine born and educated nurse. i was able to secure license in united states (2010). been working in a big hospital facility since 2011. looking for someone who can sponsor for eb3 was tough. gladly i was able to convince one :) signed a contract last month and waiting for other selected nurses to comply with their requirements. the sponsor said they will file our application on first quarter of 2014 as stated in our contract. i am aware of the current retrogression status under eb3. 8 years of backlog is not a joke. is it true that there are only few employers who sponsored foreign nurses year 2010-2013? will the immigration reform in congress will help expedite and lessen years of backlog?
  7. me too and all off us... i underwent all the process.... by the end...... you'll seek help from backers.... i interviewed most(almost all) newly hired this year. and they have their own backers so i'll know whom will I give extra careful voice... haha.... i am not part of the training department but i used to handle and supervise 4-5 person in our area. one thing more, this hospital is a government institution... nothing exists without a backer. maybe with the previous chief nurse....
  8. every batch has a class list with their godparents written alongside their name... trust me im in here.
  9. it also happened to me but i was interviewd that same day.
  10. not medical related. they will just ask personal questions and how long do u plan to stay with them... answer that gets high grades is you dont have plan going abroad and choose to stay with them for good. haha :) passing all exam and interview is not a guarantee of landing a job in osmak.... nothing exist like walk-in application..... you really need somebody with high political influence to back you up. hope this helps.....
  11. are you still with osmak?
  12. nothing important. just say that your willing to stay with the hospital for long or you dont have plans to work abroad.....
  13. you'll surely will.... :)
  14. thank God the long wait is over! :)
  15. i waited for a year
