265 questions on NCLEX...I feel horrible.

Nursing Students NCLEX

I just took the NCLEX today and got 265 questions. I felt that the last question was a basic question. I didn't even make it out of the testing center before starting to cry. I didn't do that trick thing because I think that it is completely ridiculous. Pearson Vue would not let something like that get by without correcting it. But did anyone else feel that the last question was below standards? I am so worried because this screws up my future plans massively. I am going to feel so embarrassed if I don't pass.

sign in to pearson vue website register for the test if a pop up says contact member board you more than likely passed but if it takes you to credit card page for you to pay for another test chances are you failed but the status of your results must be successfully delivered and that will be under past history

The system is down tonight. But I don't really think that is true anyways. I think it all depends on when your test is posted. But you guys believe what you want...anything to get you through the 48 hours.

the trick DOES work...u shud read 1000s of posts about the trick....

Good luck.

My friend got all 265 questions and passed. She was a wreck.. Finally did the PVT and it helped keep her sane until the official results were posted.

Two quick things:

1) I know how you feel. I wrote a 265 back at the beginning of the month and came out feeling like I should just grab my books from the back seat of the car and start studying again. But...I passed. Passing can and does happen at 265, just as it happens at 75, and regardless of your current feeling it's more than possible you're through it. Cheer up!

2) The Pearson VUE trick, as silly as it sounds that they'd let it get through their radar like that for so long, does work. I did it on a whim, figuring that even if it didn't work, all I had wasted was a few keystrokes...and got the good popup, only to be followed two days later by my unofficial pass and 10 days later by my # on the state NB website. :)

I took my test on June 15, I had all 265 questions and I felt like you did. Try the PVT it really does work. It does matter the amount of questions u get that determines if you fail. Some people are just chosen to take all the questions. Good luck.

The trick does work lol like 100% so just do it. It will make u feel so much better if u get the good pop up. Think about it they r not gonna let u re register if u passed, the computer automatically knows when ur test ends if u passed or not. They honestly just make so much

Profit from the 8 dollars, the trick works.

What if I don't get the pop-up, am I just suppose to give up and say I failed? Plus, I have seen posts where it was wrong. The only people that are posting are people that it worked for. Others, who think it is ridiculous, are not posting. I am not basing my pass/fail on some ridiculous "trick."

So I will not check this trick. I am going to wait patiently, like everyone should.

I was also skeptical of the validity of the "trick". It worked for me. Passed with 75 questions and tried the trick as soon as I got home. I don't know why it's so hard to believe. Since the test is adaptive, the computer knows if you passed or failed immediately. Try it for yourself. I believe I read somewhere that it had a 1% failure rate.
