I've got some nursing books that I would like to sell, any suggestions as to where I can do this? The bookstore will only give me $1.50 for each of them (their not required), and my ATI books they won't buy back since I didn't get them from the bookstore (we purchased these directly from ATI).
I haven't got through ebay yet, was only going to deal with that mess as a last resort. Other than putting a sign up at school I'm not sure. Any ideas?
I've got Maternal-Newborn Nursing, Reviews & Rationales (Prentice Hall)
Medical-Surgical Nursing, Reviews & Rationales (Prentice Hall) and
Mental Health Nursing, Reviews & Rationales (Prentice Hall)
and the ATI books, their "Content Mastery Series" (9 books)
thanks

If you are looking to make money back on the books, sell them on ebay. I got 80 for my maternal book and 60 for my mantal health book. It is a pain sometimes to list stuff, but it does pay. I did notice that someone had ATI books listed on there a while back, but don't remember what they were going for.

Is this a careplan book? If so, let me know where you are listing it at, I need one.

Try going to another bookstore. I know in our city there are a couple independent stores that supply textbooks for the surrounding colleges. Look in the yellow pages & see what you can find.

Try amazon. I've got a friend who sold some of her books on there. You should also ask some of the 1st year students at your school. I bought some of my books for second year that way. Good luck!
Its not a care plan book, those I was able to sell back to the bookstore!
I posted them on ebay last night. I'll give that a week and if they don't sell I'll try half.com or amazon!
thanks for the suggestions!

Amazon is good; I sold many books there (not nursing text though).

Your best bet is half.com or regular ebay. My school has a company that buys them back and all you get is 10 bucks if they are current or 3-5 bucks if they are not
