I am applying to PVAMU in the spring of 2015. I wanted to start a thread and see who else may be applying.

hey guys! So for our immunizations do we have to fill out all of our immunizations on the form? I got these vaccinations when I was little so i'm a little confused. Do we just attach our shot record to that paper and leave the vaccinations blank? and also I went to the lab corp and I was wondering if we have to go pick up our test results or do they send our results in? THANKS!!

Does anybody know any cheap places to get the titer in the houston or sugarland area?

There's this clinic that does all the ones we need for $125 it takes a week to get the results back though :/ it's called central care it's on 3316 Delano (713 831 9663)

Yes. It is called pvamu nursing students. There are 400 members. Thanks, Cyndypaige. But I am still expecting my insurance can cover it no matter what. It is really expensive.

We don't have to pick up the result for the drug test. They'll send it directly to the school! just make sure you got the chain of custody form!

I don't think I am able to return the packets on time because my earliest appointment is scheduled to 29th. My insurance does not allow me to change physician randomly. I either don't want to change my doctor because she ranks so high.

Oh sorry I meant all the titers we need. The drug screen you have to do through lab corp at the locations that they listed on the package. It only costs $35 and they don't take insurance at the drug screen.

My package said the return day is November 4 blueberry7782 but I'm gonna turn it in before the 27th just in case. You might wanna ask when they need it because they keep changing the dates.

Hey guyss! In our packet it has the cover page for the meningitis documentation and on the bottom of that paper it says "Health services staff only" my doctor said the school is responsible for that part. Just wanted to know if that's right?

So confused. I have a question that is if CPR certificate means taking class and learning how to return heartbeat and breath.
