New management has taken over my facility and write ups are a constant now. I was wondering what is everyones experience with this? Is it best to stay and ride it out until the mass exodus commences and they realize they can't treat employees the way they have been. Or is it best to cut my losses and go to another facility?
I would really appreciate feedback from people who have dealt with new management like this. Thank you in advance for any advice/war stories.
Update:
I do not remember my login info or what email I used for that account.
I appreciate everyones comments and insight! I tried to stick it out at my facility but as expected it got SO much worse. They have written up 80% of the staff, blackmailing is being used by management as an out to write ups. Never in my career have I seen such an out of control management and I hope I never do again! Fortunately I have left that facility, I hope that if anyone searches this topic in the future they see my experience...when you have a gut feeling and are seeing bad actions from the beginning from new management trust your gut and GET OUT!

It depends upon how much you like your job: your colleagues, the patient population, the commute, the pay and benefits. If you're otherwise happy where you are, keep your head down and ride it out. If you were unhappy before the management change, cut your losses.
